The apartment is located on the top floor of a central building on the Alameda Principal. A duplex penthouse, with a fine and exclusive character, has a capacity of up to 6 people. It is a 110 square meters accommodation. The kitchen, joined to the living room, is minimalist and elegant, fully equiped and merged with the living room in a very careful way. Next to it we find the terrace with views of the Alameda principal, with a table for 6, everything settled to be able to enjoy an amazing dinner in a modern lounge.

On the second floor we find the bedrooms, with two headborads specially designed for each room. Both have access to a sunny terrace with a Jacuzzi, hammrocks and panoramic views of the city.
